Ingredients
  • 1/2 bunch celery
  • 1.5 small pieces ginger
  • 1 tbsp lime juice ((approximately from 2 limes))
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Wash the celery thoroughly and chop it into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger.
  3. Add the celery, ginger, lime juice, honey, and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
